THE JOURNEY continues for the Filipina ace.

Alex Eala, 16, and Argentina's Solana Sierra, 17, toppled Russian Mirra Andreeva and American Katja Wiersholm, 6-3, 6-2, in the second round of the Girls’ 18-Under Doubles at the 2021 Orange Bowl Tennis Championships on Friday morning, Philippine time, at Plantation, Florida.

The third-seeded pair will now move to the quarterfinals of the tournament, and will next face the unseeded pair of Switzerland's Chelsea Fontenel and USA’s Qavia Lopez.
