CHICAGO - The Converge FiberXers are proving to be the busiest PBA team in the days leading up to the Season 50 Rookie Draft.
According to multiple sources, Converge has acquired Phoenix's rights to this year's No. 2 draft pick plus a future second-round pick in exchange for Bryan Santos and the rights to the FiberXers' own No. 8 selection.

The trade has been approved by the Commissioner's Office, sources bared.
In a super busy day for the Dennis Uy-owned franchise, Converge is also set to acquire
Larry Muyang in a three-way trade where Pureblends will get Jeo Ambuhot while the Phoenix Fuelmasters will receive guard Evan Nelle.

League sources said the deal has already been approved, including the lifting of an indefinite ban slapped on Muyang after he signed with MPBL side Pampanga Giant Lanterns without permission from Phoenix.
The multiple moves by Converge is expected to tilt the balance of power in the league as the independent team already has a loaded lineup with Alec Stockton, Justine Baltazar, Justin Arana and Schonny Winston.
Also in the works for Converge, which sources said is set to be coached by Pampanga vice-governor Dennis 'Delta' Pineda this season, in the ongoing contract negotiations with Mikey Williams.
Who to draft?
That's not all. By acquiring Phoenix's first-round pick in a swap, the FiberXers will be getting anyone among Juan Gomez de Liano, Dalph Panopio, LJ Gonzales, Jason Brickman, and Geo Chiu in Sunday's draft.
On the other hand, the 6-5 Santos is expected to add size and shooting to Phoenix's wings position. The San Luis, Pampanga native was picked in the second round at No. 14 overall by Converge in the Season 48 draft.

Santos and Ambohot were recently signed to extensions by Converge.
