LESS than a month before the new UAAP season kicks off, Pia Ildefonso has decided to step away from volleyball.
In an Instagram post on Saturday morning, Ildefonso shared her decision to leave the Ateneo Blue Eagles and the sport altogether.

The 5-foot-9 middle blocker was a member of Ateneo's final four runs in UAAP Season 84 and Shakey's Super League Collegiate Pre-season Championship.
"Definitely one of the toughest decisions I've made. [I] am choosing to face, fight, and grow through life's battles outside the sport I love most."
