CAPITAL1 Solar Energy, determined to make heads turn in the coming Premier Volleyball League (PVL), will hold a two-day tryout at the San Sebastian-Recoletos gym starting on Tuesday.
Multi-titled coach Roger Gorayeb, tasked by sisters Milka and Mandy Romero to handle the Power Spikers, will supervise the tryouts with the help of his assistants.

Milka and Mandy are the daughters of billionaire sportsman Mikee Romero, owner of the NorthPort team in the PBA.
On Saturday, SPIN.ph reported that the elder Romero has been given a PVL franchise tasked to form the league's 12th team for its coming season.
Gorayeb is one of the most successful volleyball coaches in the country, having won championships with Ateneo in the UAAP and San Sebastian in the NCAA.
The veteran coach last coached PLDT in the PVL last season. He still coaches San Sebastian in the NCAA.

Mika and Mandy already thrilled over their initial foray in the sporting world although both are resigned to the idea that they have to go through the proverbial eye of the needle before beating the league giants.
The two sisters also have deep background in sports, like their dad.
Milka was a former co-captain of the Ateneo football team while Mandy, who graduated magna cum laude at Georgetown University in Washington DC, is a muay thai practitioner.
Close to 100 players from various clubs, colleges and universities have signified their intention to join the tryouts – all looking forward to see action in the country’s hottest sporting league and be part of the new kid on the block.
