THE first-week returns from the 2026 Volleyball All-Star Showcase fan voting, as of March 22, revealed the early frontrunners for PVL's Team Heart versus Team Hustle and Spikers' Turf's Team Power versus Team Passion ahead of the May 1 showcase in Candon City.

Each All-Star team will have seven starters determined through a combination of fan voting and head coaches’ picks, while seven reserves will be selected by a broader panel that includes coaches, players, team managers, the PVL Control Committee, referees and technical officials, the broadcast group, production staff, and the PVL Press Corps.
Voting remains open until April 11 via pvl.ph/allstar, with several names already building early leads in their respective player categories.
Team Heart leans on star power
Eight-time PVL best setter Jia de Guzman of Creamline is in a league of her own, racking up a massive 77.86 percent to secure early control of the position.
The outside hitter race, however, is far more competitive as Capital1 rookie Bella Belen leads the way at 25.94 percent, just ahead of Creamline's MVP duo of Alyssa Valdez (21.91 percent) and Jema Galanza (20.21 percent), who are well within striking range in a three-way battle that could swing either way.
At opposite, Farm Fresh's Ara Galang has the edge with 37.66 percent, while Creamline's Pangs Panaga (27 percent) and PLDT's Majoy Baron (19.57 percent) top the middle blocker race.
Akari's Justine Jazareno paces the liberos with 37.71 percent, holding off Creamline's Denden Lazaro-Revilla and Choco Mucho's Thang Ponce in a tight chase pack.
Powerhouse names at Team Hustle
For Team Hustle, PLDT's Kim Fajardo holds a comfortable lead at setter with 51.33 percent.
The most intriguing race comes at the outside hitter position, where Creamline's Bernadeth Pons (30.97 percent) is being chased hard by three-time PVL MVP in Nxled's Brooke Van Sickle (24.92 percent) and Choco Mucho's Eya Laure (24.30 percent) in what has become a neck-and-neck contest.
At opposite, it’s a two-player race so far between Creamline's Tots Carlos (38.68 percent) and PLDT's Kianna Dy (33.42 percent), while the middle blocker spot sees another PLDT ace in Mika Reyes (26.24 percent) narrowly ahead of Akari's Fifi Sharma (24.96 percent) and Creamline's Bea de Leon (20.99 percent).
PLDT mainstay Kath Arado leads all liberos on this side with 35.33 percent, with Creamline libero pair of Kyla Atienza and Jennifer Nierva staying within range.
Garcia leads, Criss Cross rules Spikers’ Turf fan vote
On the men’s side, early returns for Team Power and Team Passion show a similar, orange-laden trend.
Reigning three-time Spikers' Turf MVP in Criss Cross' Jude Garcia is pacing all vote-getters at opposite with a commanding 65.75 percent for Team Power, while his teammates in setter Adrian Villados (64.37 percent) and libero Menard Guerrero (64.17 percent) also enjoy wide cushions in their respective positions.
King Crunchers stars have dominated multiple categories across both All-Star teams as aside from Garcia, Villados and Guerrero, the squad also has strong representation in the outside hitter and middle blocker races, with several entries holding either top spots or significant shares.
Over at Team Passion, Criss Cross captain Ysay Marasiagan (48.22 percent) leads the opposites, while libero John Philip Pepito (59.52 percent) has built one of the biggest leads across all categories.
