STANDOUTS from the PVL and Spikers Turf will take center stage in the Volleyball All-Star Showcase on May 1 at the Candon City Arena.
The women’s side will feature the PVL All-Star Game with Team Heart facing Team Hustle in a clash of the league’s biggest names.
Over on the men’s side, the Spikers’ Turf All-Star Game will see Team Power battle Team Passion in a showdown of the top standouts from the country’s premier men’s league.

Each team will carry a 14-player roster, with fans playing a key role in forming the starting lineups.
Supporters will vote for seven starters from a pool of candidates based on statistical rankings and position: two outside hitters, one opposite hitter, two middle blockers, one setter, and one libero.
The final starters will be determined through a combined vote from fans and coaches, with coaches barred from voting for their own players to ensure balance between popularity and professional insight.
Fans can cast their votes through pvl.ph/allstar from March 15 until April 11.
After the starters
The remaining seven reserve players will be selected through a wider voting process involving head coaches, players, team managers, the league’s control committee, referee and technical officials, broadcast panel and production staff, along with the PVL Press Corps.
Head coaches for All-Star teams will come from the top two squads after the preliminary rounds of the ongoing PVL All-Filipino Conference and Spikers’ Turf Open Conference, with the chosen shot-callers then selecting their assistants.
The showcase will also feature skill contests including the Setter Challenge, Digging Challenge, and Serving Challenge, with participants drawn from the All-Star rosters.
