ANOTHER defensive asset is Petro Gazz-bound as the reigning Premier Volleyball League (PVL) champion tap the services of Des Clemente.
The two-time NCAA best middle blocker, who was released by the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers along with five other players, begins a new chapter in her PVL career with the Angels.
In a social media post on Thursday evening, the club welcomed "another reliable middle blocker" as its second player signing under new coach Oliver Almadro.

With Petro Gazz facing an imminent player exodus involving the likes of Myla Pablo and MJ Phillips, who are set for transfers to F2 Logistics and PLDT, respectively, Clemente joins ex-PLDT blocker Yeye Gabarda as the first new pieces in the club's rebuild.
