Cortez and Cailing joined the Cargo Movers only in 2022.
The Cargo Movers placed fifth in the Reinforced Conference.
Cabanos had announced her retirement from the sport in September last year.
These player movements are expected to be the first of many changes in the club after a lackluster 2022 campaign, with speculations of former La Salle libero Regine Diego taking over as head coach and PVL champion Myla Pablo possibly joining the team.
