The HD Spikers wound up joint third with PLDT at 2-3 (win-loss) with F2 Logistics seeking to force a three-way tie with a victory against the Vietnamese at the close of the semis phase on Friday. Ties will be broken via set ratio.

But Cignal has a superior tiebreak score over PLDT, 7-6, assuring the HD Spikers of a spot in a one-game duel for third on Sunday.
F2 Logistics, currently with 4 points, can snatch the other slot with a three-set win over Kinh Bac-Bac Ninh, which fell to 0-4.
Ces Molina unloaded 16 attack points and finished with 19 markers while Jovs Gonzaga scored 10 hits and Rose Doria five blocks in her nine-point output. Riri Meneses and Rachel Anne Daquis added eight points each.
Nguyen Huong paced Kinh Bac-Bac Ninh with 12 points while Le Xuan and Nguyen Ngoc added 10 and six points, respectively.
