CES Molina is the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference Most Valuable Player.
The Cignal HD Spiker won the league's biggest individual award after the team bagged the bronze medal on Sunday night at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.

The 5-foot-9 spiker emerged as the highest scoring local with 87 points. She also had the third-highest spiker efficiency with 33.65-percent success rate.
It was the 28-year-old's first-ever MVP award in the league since the HD Spikers joined from the Superliga in 2021.
The Cabanatuan native turned emotional accepting the first MVP of her 13-year career.
"Semi pros, collegiate, hindi [pa ko nakapag-MVP] kaya naiiyak talaga ako," she said. "It's both pressure and inspiration kasi lahat ng tao mag-e-expect na and hahanapan ka lagi ng result."
Keeping herself grounded, Molina said her goal is to keep showing up for her team.
"I do not promise anything, yung hardwork lang na lagi kong binibigay sa team, and consistency at mas maging healthy pa para makatulong lalo," she said.
Her teammate Gel Cayuna emerged as best setter while PLDT’s Kath Arado won the best libero award in the tournament ruled by Japanese guest team Kurashiki Ablaze.
Japan setter Ohshima Kyoka was named the Finals MVP.
F2’s Majoy Baron and Creamline’s Ced Domingo were the best middle blockers 1 and 2.

Best opposite spiker was Tots Carlos, while Kurashiki’s Asaka Tamaru and Alyssa Valdez of Creamline were first and second best outside spikers.
