MAXINE Esteban of Ivory Coast lost to Pauline Ranvier of France, 15-7, in the table of 32 of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games women’s individual foil fencing competitions at the Grand Palais.

The Filipina-Ivorian fell behind 13-4, at the end of the first period and never recovered, bringing a quick end to her Olympic debut.
