TV5 president Guido Zaballero said the move to bring the Saturday and Sunday games of the PBA to CNN Philippines “drives our commitment to constantly deliver the best content that Filipinos love to as many homes as possible.”
This season, TV5 decided to move the PBA broadcast to free-to-air TV network A2Z owned by ZOE Broadcasting Corporation under a ‘content supplier agreement.’
A2Z airs the games every Wednesdays and Fridays at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., and on Sundays at 3 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., which will continue even with the new deal with CNN Philippines.
