PBA player Fran Yu shared his blessings to his community by way of a feeding program in his neighborhood in Tambunting, Manila on Saturday.
About 300 kids benefited from the program of the NorthPort guard, who has been a source of pride for his neighborhood since his days in Letran.

Yu clarified that this activity has long been in the backburner.

He added that plans were hatched long before the recent controversy he found himself in and NorthPort's slump in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup semifinals against Barangay Ginebra.
Yu and the Batang Pier are fighting for survival in the best-of-seven series against Ginebra as they suddenly find themselves down, 0-2, heading to Game Three on Sunday.
