ANTIPOLO – Brothers forever.
That was the case between Marc Pingris and Marqus Blakely, former teammates who once again found themselves on opposing sides during Blackwater's win over Magnolia in the PBA Governors Cup on Wednesday night.
SPIN.ph lensman Jerome Ascano caught the Blackwater import and Magnolia veteran hugging it out and later exchanging jerseys at the end of the Elite's 95-89 win over the Hotshots at the Ynares Center.

The two developed a deep bond during their time together at San Mig Coffee, where the two teamed up with James Yap and PJ Simon to lead the Tim Cone-coached team to the 2014 Governors’ Cup title and historic grand slam.
Blakely, PIngris, Cone, and Yap have gone their separate ways now, but the bond obviously is still the same.
Some things never change.
