FILIPINO NBA fans had another reason to rejoice as the new season kicked off with the opening of the Titan x Nike Pop-up space.
In collaboration with Titan, Nike turned its flagship store in Bonifacio Global City into a hub that features the latest basketball shoes of the sports apparel giant, including those of the Jordan brand.
From pins to shoes, the store will make available the best of the two brands. Among them are the Nike LeBron 15s and Jordan XXXIIs that made their on-court debut in the new NBA season, as well as iconic kicks like the Air Force 1s.
Select guests were allowed to take a sneak peek into the basketball haven in the intimate gathering graced by Star Hotshots' Paul Lee and retired PBA player Tony Dela Cruz.
The Nike x Titan Store is open everyday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
"I'm super excited to announce that we are officially launching this for the holiday season," said Nike country marketing manager Pat Reyes during the launch last Monday. "It's hub for a lot of services consumers can enjoy."
But there's more to that than the pairs of hottest kicks today.
Reyes said Nike will also be staging Battle Force Manila starting November in "celebration of the game and culture of basketball."
Nike will host a series of tournaments including basketball, dance, and rap battles at the Titan Love Court also in BGC.
"That's something we're really excited to do," Reyes said.
