THE latest Air Jordan signature shoe will make its long-awaited debut in time for the Rio Olympics.
Sneakerheads saw a glimpse of the new Jordan31 in leaked photos last week but saw an even closer look with some photos released by Jordan Brand on Twitter which also announced it would unveil them in Las Vegas this week.
Chicago Bulls forward Jimmy Butler appears in a Team USA snapchat photo wearing the 31s in a patriotic red, white and blue colorway. The 26-year old swingman, a Jordan Brand endorser, told the SoleCollector website that he would be wearing the Jordan 31 when he sees action with Team USA in Rio.
Aside from Butler, New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony was also seen wearing the 31s in a recent photo of the Team USA men's basketball team.
