VERSATILITY is the name of the game in adidas' latest update of its trainers in Dropset 4, built for gym sessions that switch disciplines.
From heavy lifts to explosive workouts and quick runs, the shoe is designed to handle it all with no mid-workout swap required.
The Dropset 4 arrives with a clear mission: simplify functional training footwear. adidas puts forward a trainer that feels stable on the floor, springy on takeoff, and secure when workouts shift gears.
The Dropset 4 carries a ride feels grounded during strength work, giving lifters confidence to load up, while still offering enough bounce to stay sharp during box jumps, skips, and short sprints.

The shoe is designed to move naturally with the foot, helping athletes stay locked in on form and flow rather than thinking about their shoes.
The launch is backed by a global cast of athletes and creators who put the Dropset 4 through its paces, including WNBA star Hailey Van Lith, fitness personality Caio Cabral, and elite training athlete Laura Horvath, who recently wore the shoe to victory on one of the sport’s biggest competitive stages.
“For me, it’s about trust,” Horvath said. “I want to focus on my performance, and the Dropset 4 lets me do that across every part of my training.”
