ALEAH Finnegan clinched a spot in the finals of the vault, beam, and floor exercise in the women’s division of the Senior Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships at the OCBC Arena in Singapore.
Finnegan’s strong showing enabled her to finish seventh in the women’s all-around while also earning a spot in the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.

The two-time Southeast Asian Games gold medalist ranked second in the vault with a score of 13.533, with Yeo Seojeong of Korea with a 13.683, putting Finnegan in a position for a podium finish in the apparatus.

Finnegan also made it to the finals in two more apparatuses, placing seventh with a score of 12.833 in the beam, and eighth in the floor with a score of 12.933.
Emma Malabuyo, meanwhile, will also see action in the finals of the floor exercise.
Malabuyo, competing for UCLA in the NCAA Division 1 and was once an alternate on the USA team in the 2020 Olympic Games, placed fifth in the floor with a score of 13.033.
