Newly crowned The International champions Tundra Esports revealed a massive blunder they committed during their championship celebrations.
In their tweet, they said, "Guys, please help. Last night got a little out of hand, you won’t believe this but we lost the Aegis…"
Out of desperation, the recently crowned TI champions urged the community to help them look for the trophy.
"We are urging witnesses who know the last location of the Aegis to come forward. Please drop us a DM or email mail to: contact@tundraesports.com[.]"
The Aegis of Champions is forged with bronze and silver colors with the opposite side revealing the players and teams that have won the championship.
The community reacts to Tundra losing trophy
The term "Aegis" is now a trending topic on Twitter as fans and even personalities have reacted to Tundra's announcements.
Singaporean esports and Dota 2 icon Daryl "iceiceice" Koh trolled the team on Twitter, saying: "Selling Aegis, state your offers,"
Meanwhile, Southeast Asian organization Team SMG went back to the archives by referencing that iconic in-game Aegis steal by Tue Soon "ah fu" Chuan in TI7.
Even Filipino body builder Eric "Eruption" Tai posted about the Aegis, flexing a photo with the trophy.
However, most of the tweets have been focused on pornographic actress Eva Elfie, who attended the festivities.
