AFTER AN abysmal Season 10 campaign, TNC's MPL-PH team seems to be once again going through a revamp. A few days ago, they decided to let go of 6th man Salman "KingSalman" Macarambon.

Then, in a recent announcement, they made a bold move to release their star jungler Shemaiah Daniel "SDzyz" Chu.

The team thanked the contributions of these two players.

"We wish you all the best in your next journey! Fly high and make us proud! Your Phoenix fam will always be here to support you. Always rise, man!" said the org to KingSalman.

As for SDzyz, TNC praised the jungler for his creativity and sense of humor.

"Your funny jokes and unique word inventions will stay with us! Know that you'll always be part of our Phoenix family no matter what. We love you and we're looking forward to see what your future holds! Stay kind and amazing, Chu!"

KingSalman has been a part of the org since Season 9, while SDzyz was with the team since their introduction in Season 8.

      KingSalman, SDzyz retrospective for TNC

Back in Season 9, both SDzyz and KingSalman carried TNC to their surprise season 9 performance, which saw the team finish third in the overall rankings. But Season 10 proved to be a disaster as TNC failed to reach the playoffs after an impressive rebuilding project.

Given the results of Season 10, it's possible that the org will once again undergo a rebuild, similar to that time when they disbanded the original Work Auster Force lineup.

While KingSalman's career was a spotty one, with rare appearances on the field, SDzyz has been a part of the league since Season 5.

He started his career with ULVL, then shifted to BluFire in Season 6. Both seasons saw him off with an early exit.

It was only in Season 7 when he finally reached a breakthrough when he joined Work Auster Force. From there, he finally reached the playoff rounds and even garnered an impressive 5th-6th place finish after winning against Nexplay.

Things looked promising as SDzyz was able to garner the Juicy Legends championship prior to Season 8, but the results of the preseason didn't translate to the MPL stage as TNC failed to reached the playoffs.

This forced the Phoenix to break the original Work Auster Force squad apart with only SDzyz as the lone survivor.
