AFTER A SOLID debut for Monster Anarchy in MPL Philippines Season 10, it was time for Onic PH to make some changes for the upcoming Season 11.
The original members from Monster Anarchy remained with Frince "SUPER FRINCE" Miguel Ramirez, Kenneth "Netskie" Barro, Stephen "Sensui" Castillo, and MPL veteran Jefferdson "Kekedoot" Mogol.
Howeverm the team lost a key component as their so-called 'chef' and former roamer Ralph "Rapidoot" Adrales will no longer be a part of the team for Season 11. Last season, he and SUPER FRINCE became the dynamic duo that delivered key wins and challenged the veterans of the scene.
But he wasn't the only loss for Onic as the Hedgehogs likewise decided to say their goodbyes to assistant coach Jeffrey "Coach Jeff" Manforte.
What's Onic PH outlook for Season 11?
With their absence, Onic will be banking on Kekedoot to take over Rapidoot's role, while analytical content creator, Lyrick Tutorials, will be Coach Mark "Bluffzy" Reyes' new assistant.
Key veterans Landher "Der" San Gabriel and Nowee "Ryota" Macasa will remain. Both have been alternated in the EXP lane role throughout Season 10.
And to compliment the returning pieces, Onic PH made two major acquisitions. First, Monster Anarchy owner David "BOSS A" Gamboa was also snapped up.
Then, to spice things up, the team recruited Archie "Pancake Gaming" Guevarra Jr., who was once known as "AkosiDogieFanboy" in Nexplay's 2.0 roster.
With a mixed bag of veterans, sophomore players, and some new signings, Onic are hoping to improve their chances in Season 11, after rattling the scene with a breath of fresh air last season.
