EVER wonder why consultant Rajko Toroman and deputy coach Glenn Capacio are no longer seen on the Converge FiberXers bench these days?
Both have been no-shows since the start of the PBA Governors’ Cup as lead deputy Franco Atienza, PBA greats Willie Miller and Danny Ildefonso, along with Karl Santos, Humperdink Dimatulac and strength and conditioning coach Daniel Rose are left to back up head coach Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda.

SPIN.ph asked around and learned from sources Toroman is back in Serbia but remains with the team, while Capacio is the one who’s no longer with the franchise.
Toroman, who has acted as a consultant to Pineda dating back during the time he was coaching the Pampanga Giant Lanterns, is dealing with some health issues, sources say.
“Umuwi muna si coach Rajko. Medyo may sakit kasi siya,” said one source about the former Gilas Pilipinas mentor and Olympic coach who is now 71 years old.

“Si coach Glenn ang wala na (sa team).”
Toroman has been a Converge consultant since the time of former coach Aldin Ayo.
Capacio on the other hand, only recently joined the Converge coaching staff during the Commissioner’s Cup last April. - Gerry Ramos
