TITAN Ultra managed to recall original choice Tirrell Brown in time for its PBA Governors' Cup game against NLEX on Tuesday at the Ynares Center Antipolo.
The Giant Risers already notified the league about the roster change that will have Brown taking over the place of James Milton.

Brown's availability meant saving the Giant Risers from paying a P50,000 fine for playing without an import in a third straight game.
Under PBA rules, a team that plays minus an import for three consecutive games will be meted with the corresponding fines.
Milton, a replacement for Brown, failed to secure his FIBA clearance in time for the team's debut game against Terrafirma.
Brown though was at the Antipolo venue during the game which Titan lost by a mile, 113-100.
Actually, Brown already secured a FIBA clearance upon arriving in the country, but couldn’t get his Immigration papers, medical clearance and other pertinent matters taken care off just before the start of the conference.
That led Titan management to look for an immediate replacement, with Milton available and ready to come on board. He had all his pertinent documents ready, except for the FIBA clearance.
Managament was reportedly willing to gamble and have Milton play last Sunday against Converge.
But a league official advised them not to push through with the plan as it will mean paying a higher fine with FIBA compared to the PBA.
