RAIN or Shine has signed Sherwin Concepcion to a one-season deal, joining fellow rookies Luis Villegas and Keith Datu who have inked a contract with the ballclub.
The Elasto Painters made the announcement on Monday that they have agreed to sign the third rounder selected No. 27 overall in the PBA Season 48 draft.

Concepcion made it to Rain or Shine after playing college with University of Santo Tomas. This year, he also played for Mindoro and Nueva Ecija in the MPBL.
After making a name in college by also extending his shooting range, Concepcion earned a call-up during the 2022 Fiba Asia Cup and the Fiba Basketball World Cup Asian qualifiers.
