JOSHUA Munzon has requested for a trade if his camp and Titan Ultra fail to reach an agreement on a new contract.
And not a few teams have expressed interest in joining the sweepstakes for the former No. 1 overall pick of the PBA Rookie Draft.

SPIN.ph learned from sources that San Miguel previously tried to arrange a trade with the Giant Risers, but the latter balked at the idea as the players being offered in exchange didn't interest them.
There were also talk that TNT is looking to make a deal for Munzon, whose contract with Titan Ultra expires at the end of the month.
But the Fil-Am wingman, who was the PBA Most Improved Player last season, is willing to stay with Titan Ultra if the two parties can come to terms on a new deal.

The 31-year-old Munzon was the first pick overall by Terrafirma in the 2020 draft and was later acquired by Northport in a 2024 trade deal for veteran Kevin Ferrer.
