PAUL Lee suffered a freak accident just before Magnolia’s game against NLEX in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup after a rail barrier fell on him at the Philsports Arena.
The veteran guard apparently attached a resistance band on a rail barrier inside the Pasig City arena as he warmed up just minutes before the match.

Unfortunately, the barrier couldn’t hold Lee’s force and fell on him.
Lee’s face was partly hit by the barrier, leaving him with a small bruise on his forehead.
The Hotshots star spent the first half sitting on the bench while covering his head with a hoodie. He never played in the game due to a 'migraine.'
Lee has just returned from a two-game absence due to a rib contusion and played his first game back from injury in Magnolia’s 102-100 loss to Rain or Shine.
The former UE Warriors star finished with four points on 1-of-8 shooting in 29 minutes against his former team.
