NORTHPORT has signed Cade Flores and Brent Paraiso to two-year deals, team manager Pido Jarencio confirmed on Wednesday.
Flores and Paraiso were picked No. 11 (first round) and No. 29 (third round) during the PBA Season 48 draft, and have joined Fran Yu among the rookies that the Batang Pier have signed.

Jarencio said the team is still in negotiations with their top first round pick Zav Lucero, taken at No. 5 by NorthPort.
Another NorthPort pick John Amores is still unsigned but had a tender offer with the Batang Pier, allowing the team to keep his rights. Amores currently has a live contract with his MPBL team Muntinlupa.
The 6-foot-5 Flores, who will turn 25 on September 29, was signed up by NorthPort after winning the NCAA Season 98 Rookie of the Year in his one-and-done season with Arellano.
The 25-year-old Paraiso was picked up by NorthPort after winning championships with Letran, reuniting him with former Knights coach Bonnie Tan in the PBA.
