Terrafirma team governor Bobby Rosales said PBA commissioner Willie Marcial will be making the announcement on Friday.
“Commissioner will make the announcement later,” Rosales said in a brief response to SPIN.ph as to the status of the team.

Sources, however, revealed that the deal is off between Terrafirma and Zamboanga Valientes, one of the parties that expressed interest in purchasing the franchise.
There were also talks about the disbandment of the franchise, but Marcial assured in an interview on the day of the PBA Philippine Cup finals press conference that there will be 12 teams next season, either be it Terrafirma or a different party.
