JORDAN Heading is still dealing with back spasms that forced Converge to relagate him to its injured/reserve list ahead of the FibeerXers' debut in the PBA 49th Season (2024-25) Philippine Cup.
Coach Franco Atienza said the timetable for Heading's return is 'fluid,' meaning he could miss multiple games aside from the FiberXers' Philippine Cup opener against Meralco on Friday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Heading has been dealing with the injury since Game 3 of the FiberXers' Commissioner's Cup quarterfinal series against Rain or Shine last February 7.
An injured Heading only scored three points on 1-of-8 shooting in the winner-take-all match against Rain or Shine, uncharacteristic for a candidates for the Best Player of the Conference award in the Commissioner's Cup.

The FiberXers lost, 112-103, in Game 3, dropping the last two matches of the quarterfinals to bow out despite being seeded No. 3 entering the playoffs.
Until the injury, the former Gilas draftee had a solid showing in his first conference with the FiberXers after his signing rights was acquired in a trade with Terrafirma.
