JORDAN Heading attended his first practice with TNT on Wednesday after the trade involving the Tropang 5G and Converge became official.
Heading was welcomed by his new Tropang 5G teammates in team practice at the Moro Lorenzo Gym. He later posted on his Instagram that he will be going back to the No. 15 jersey with TNT after he wore No. 3 at Converge.

TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa said Heading was impressive on Wednesday considering that he was previously dealing with back spasms for several months, preventing him from practicing with Converge.
“He really looked nice though but no legs yet,” said Lastimosa.
Curiously, there was no word on the back injury that had sidelined Heading for Converge's entire campaign in the Philippine Cup before he was acquired by TNT in exchange for Mikey Williams. The trade became official on Monday.
