POY Erram appreciated the gesture of Chris Ross to approach him at the end of Game 4 after playing through an injured ankle.
Erram was seen alone on the bench after TNT’s 105-91 loss to San Miguel when Ross approached him where he appeared to have consoled him at the bench.
Erram initially said he wasn’t supposed to play in Game 4 due to a high ankle sprain he sustained last Wednesday, but decided to see action with TNT badly needing a victory to essentially keep their hopes alive of a Grand Slam.

“As a player, concerned ka kasi hanapbuhay namin ito,” Erram told SPIN.ph after Game 4. “Kahit magkalaban kami, I still appreciate ‘yung ginawa niya kasi pareho kaming player.”
“Kahit mga fans, nag-aaway sila, na-appreciate ko ‘yung ginawa ni Kuya Chris Ross,” Erram added.
TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa apparently didn't feel the same way, shooing Ross away from the Tropang 5G bench upon seeing the scene play out.

Lastimosa later launched a scathing tirade against the Beermen's posturings late in Game 4, singling out Ross.
Erram played for 18 minutes and 31 seconds in Game 4 and finished with six points, four rebounds, and one block, while shooting 3-of-5 shooting from the field.
Over the course of the game, Erram was seen favoring his left leg that was already wrapped with a protecting sleeve.
Erram said that while the players are competing for the title, he himself doesn’t want anyone to get hurt, which is why he appreciated what the San Miguel captain did after the match-up.
“Oo nga naglalaban kayo sa court pero at the end of the day, trabaho ‘yan eh. Livelihood namin ‘yan eh. Concern ka talaga as a player. ‘Yun ang bumubuhay sa pamilya n'ya. ‘Yun ang bumubuhay sa pamilya ko.”
“Kahit naman ako, ayaw na ayaw natin nakakakita ng mga na-iinjure, nasasaktan. Appreciate ko ‘yun,” said Erram.
