TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa took exception to the actions of San Miguel in the final moments of Game 4 last Sunday in the PBA 49th Season Philippine Cup Finals.
After the Beermen routed the Tropang 5G, 105-91, to take a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven finals at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Lastimosa criticized their opponent for the way they acelebrated as the time ticked away in Game 4.

Lastimosa singled Chris Ross who he accused of taunting the Tropang 5G during the course of the game.
“’Yung ano lang ‘yung mga tiga-San Miguel na parang nag-champion na sila,” Lastimosa told reporters after Sunday’s match. “They were arrogant. Nambabastos sila. Parang nag-champion na sila.
“Maghintay muna sila manalo ng four games before they start celebrating,” the TNT team manager added.

On Ross, Lastimosa said: “He has this habit na taunting ‘yung area dito,” pointing to the TNT bench.
“And then siya, mahilig siya magreklamo, hindi niya inaamin. He comes up over here and he would look at the wives and girlfriends over here and parang kunwari mabait siya.
“He is not a nice guy. He is a complainer,” Lastimosa added.
Lastimosa then chided Ross for approaching the TNT bench where he appeared to talk to injured Poy Erram after Game 4.
The two exchanged words as the TNT official tried to shoo Ross away.
“Finals ‘to, wala munang kaibi-kaibigan dito. Don’t go over our side. Magkalaban tayo eh,” said Lastimosa.
