FRANKIE Lim has stepped down as NLEX head coach after two years at the helm of the Road Warriors, the team announced on Friday.

He was replaced by former assistant Jong Uichico.

"Today, Coach Frankie Lim will be stepping down as our head coach. We deeply appreciate his hardwork, dedication, and his positive contributions to the team over the past two years,” the team said in a post on its social media accounts.

Lim took over the position on September 2022 replacing Yeng Guiao, who transferred to Rain or Shine before that season's Commissioner’s Cup.

Under Lim’s watch, the Road Warriors had a 23-29 win-loss record through four conferences, with the team reaching the quarterfinals twice but only won one playoff game.
