REY Nambatac has quickly worn out his welcome at Blackwater.
The star guard out of Letran was traded by the Bossing to the TNT Tropang Giga on Wednesday in exchange for Kib Montalbo and a future second-round pick.
The trade papers have already been sent to the PBA Commissioner's Office for approval.
TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa confirmed the trade which he said is 'pending the approval of the PBA.'

The deal comes less than four months since Nambatac was acquired by Blackwater in a trade with Rain or Shine for a first-round pick previously owned by TNT.
It also came less than a week since Bossing owner Dioceldo Sy urged the PBA to hold a 'Protect 10' dispersal draft to level the playing field.
Nambatac averaged 11.09 points, 4.36 assists and 2.36 rebounds in 11 games with the Bossing but made just 36 percent of his shots - including a cold 26% from three-point land.
On the other hand, Montalbo will be joining just his second team after spending his entire PBA career at TNT, which picked him in the first round at 11th overall in the 2019 PBA rookie draft.
Montalbo's career at TNT was highlighted by two call-ups to the Gilas Pilipinas national team, including the silver medal-winning squad in the 2021 Southeast Asian Games.
He was also part of the Tropang Giga's championship teams during the 2021 Philippine Cup bubble in Bacolor, Pampanga, and the 2022-23 Governors' Cup.
