BARANGAY Ginebra team governor Alfrancis Chua accused Rain or Shine coach Yeng Guiao or cursing one of his players during the just-concluded PBA 50th Season Commissioner’s Cup semifinals.
Speaking to SPIN.ph before the PBA Finals presser on Monday, Chua claimed Guiao hurled foul words at Ginebra reserve Ralph Cu during the Gin Kings' series-clinching win in Game 6, right infront of the referees.

Alfrancis Chua says no comparison between Guiao and Cone
“Last game lang, minura niya si [Ralph] Cu, nandoon yung referee sa harap niya, minura niya si Cu, tatlong beses, rinig na rinig. Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng ganun. Pati players ng iba minumura,” said the concurrent SMC sports director.
Chua also accused Rain or Shine import Jaylen Johnson of taunting and also hurling bad words directed towards the Ginebra bench during Game 5, causing a verbal altercation between Johnson and Raymond Aguilar.
“Pati ugali ng import niya ganun. Lalapit sa bench namin, mumurahin, aalaskahin ‘yung mga coaches,” said Chua.

Chua said the behavior of Guiao is a total opposite of Ginebra coach Tim Cone's.
“Compare ko siya kay Tim. Ang layo. Totally, layo. Sa ugali lang, sa kung paano mag-coach, paano humarap sa player. Ang layo. Never ko nakita si Tim na nagmura ng kalaban,” said Chua.
Guiao previously accused Chua of intimidating the referees since the start of their semifinal, saying that his position as Ginebra team governor has a chilling effect on the referees and how they officiate the games.
