AS the opening ceremonies of the PBA Season 47 draws closer, an added attraction is the muses also taking part in the festivities.
Some teams are still in the process of finalizing their muses, but a couple of them have already confirmed their presence in the opener on Sunday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum, SPIN.ph learned.
AJ Raval leads the stars that will also give glitter to the PBA opener as the sexy actress will serve as muse of Barangay Ginebra for the ceremonies that will start at 2 p.m.
An accomplished athlete will also be one of the muses during the opening with Kim Mangrobang, who won gold medals in triathlon and duathlon in the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam, representing Meralco for the event.
Beauty queens will also be joining the opening ceremony with Michelle Dee, daughter of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez, representing Magnolia Timplados. Dee was crowned Miss World Philippines 2019 and Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2022.
Samantha Bernardo will be the muse of Blackwater two years after she was adjudged as Miss Blackwater when she was second runner-up in the 2019 Binibining Pilipinas. Bernardo was also a housemate of the Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10.
Maureen Wroblewitz, the runner-up in Miss Universe Philippines 2021 winner of the fifth season of the Asia’s Next Top Model, will also be part of the opening ceremony as muse of Converge.
Ksenia Grondetska will be the muse of San Miguel.
