MERALCO guard Aaron Black said his torn ACL won't require surgery.
The former Ateneo guard said the initial results of his MRI were a little cloudy, but following another test, doctors said no surgery was needed.
"After another test, I was told I don't need to go surgery," Black told SPIN.ph on Saturday.
Therapy will do
"I have been doing therapy to let the swelling go down and get better range of movement in my knee," said Black. "I don't need to go surgery."
Black said he needs at least six weeks of therapy to get back on his condition.
"I will be back by the next conference."

The young Black suffered the injury during Meralco's 74-51 win over Magnolia.
Meanwhile, Northport big man JM Calma underwent a successful surgery on his ACL injury two weeks ago.
