ALL is well between Poy Erram and Glenn Khobuntin following their verbal altercation that took the spotlight in Game 3 of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup semifinals.
In an interview with reporters on Wednesday, Erram revealed that he already apologized to TNT teammate Khobuntin just moments after their exchange in the final seconds of the first half of Game 3 which Rain or Shine won.
The incident last Sunday saw Erram shoving Khobuntin twice after the latter tried to help TNT assistant Sandy Arespacochaga in pacifying the big man, who continued to complain to the referees after being slapped with a technical foul.

Erram also took the blame for the incident, saying it was a selfish act to lose control over a referee’s call.
“Nag-apologize ako kay Glenn after nung nangyari,” said the 35-year-old Erram. “Second half, okay na kami. Wala naman na kaming problema.”
“Ganun lang talaga kasi siyempre, gusto manalo, competitive. Ang mali ko lang, in that moment, sa situation na ‘yun, I wasn’t thinking about the team. I was thinking about myself.

After the game, nag-apologize ako sa wife niya. Mali ‘yung ginawa ko. Pangit tingnan,” said Erram.
Erram said there was no awkwardness between him and Khobuntin in practice a day later, revealing that it wasn’t the first time that they had an argument.
“Wala, same lang. After nun, kalokohan pa rin.
Hayaan mo sila magsalita. Basta kami ni Glenn, okay naman kami. Wala kaming problema,” said Erram.

When he apologized to Khobuntin, Erram said he didn’t think the incident would eventually become a distraction especially after TNT lost to Rain or Shine in Game 3, 103-98.
“Siguro, saglit. Nung game mismo. Ang main focus is win the series, and then, go to the finals, and maybe win the championship,” said Erram.
Naglolokohan lang kami,” Erram said.
Erram reiterated that he and Khobuntin are okay, that he jokingly said that he will either appear or help Khobuntin in shooting his vlogs.
“Actually, ako ang tiga-video niya minsan," Erram said with a smile.
