Chua had 17 points and shot 3 of 8 from threes in the championship game that saw Microsmith Elite grabbing a commanding 48-25 halftime lead.
Atienza had seven points and three rebounds during the finals match.
Atienza, Jhillian Palis of Red Knights, Jheremy Godoy of McMafie Bruins, and Ched Arciga and Nikko Tipino of the Pampanga Premier Tamaraws claimed the Mythical Five awards.
