KAI Sotto has started intensive training in Atlanta in his quest to be the first homegrown Filipino player to make it to the NBA.
Rory Jones posted a series of short videos on his Instagram account @coachjones5079 of the 16-year-old wunderkind working out at Emory Sports Medicine Complex in Altanta.
Jones, the personal trainer of Gilas Pilipinas naturalized player Andray Blatche, is closely working with Sotto in the practice facility of the Atlanta Hawks.
The 7-foot-2 center is in Atlanta with his father Ervin. The UAAP Season 81 juniors MVP is looking to strengthen his body for an imminent stint in Europe.
Five European clubs, namely Barcelona, Real Madrid, Baskonia, and Estudiantes in Spain, and ALBA Berlin in Germany, are eyeing to secure Sotto's services after his Atlanta training.
