ALEX Cabagnot has made the move to the Korean Basketball League, signing a deal with Goyang Sono Sky Gunners.
The 41-year-old Cabagnot is slated to become the oldest Filipino import to play in Korea as he takes the spot of Joshua Torralba, according to a report by Naver.

Cabagno last played in the PBA for Terrafirma, but is more known for his 11-year stint with San Miguel where he captured nine titles.
He was released by the Dyip weeks before the current season.

The Never report said Cabagnot has been in Korea since December 15.
The Sky Gunners made the change after Torralba suffered a thigh injury in practice and returned to Manila last December 13, according to the Naver report.
Goyang coach Seung GI Kim said the team doesn’t see Cabagnot’s age as an obstacle as his veteran presence is much needed by the team.
“Because of his age, he may be less physically fit than other players, but even if he plays for just 15 to 20 minutes, he will be of great help to the team,” the coach was quoted as saying.
