PRESIDENT Duterte will meet Rio Olympics silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz on Thursday in Davao City.
Immediately upon her arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Diaz will take a flight to Davao City to meet with Duterte, accompanied by Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman William 'Butch' Ramirez.
From Davao, Diaz is scheduled to proceed to her hometown of Zamboanga City where the country's first Olympic medalist in 20 years will be feted with a motorcade around the city and ceremonies at city hall.
