POPULARLY known as 'The Mountain' on the popular HBO series 'Game of Thrones,' Hafthor Bjornsson is more than your average muscled brute.
The 26-year-old actor from Iceland is also a professional strongman who regularly enters competitions when not playing the role of the evil knight Gregor Clegane.
Earlier this month, Bjornsson won for the second year in a row in Europe's Strongest Man competition.
A former member of the Icelandic national basketball team before a knee injury forced him to retire from the sport, the 6-9 Bjornsson has also competed in the World’s Strongest Man, finishing second in 2014 among several podium finishes, and the Strongman Champion’s League.
