The team began its weekly training last week, with stars like Alyssa Valdez, Jovelyn Gonzaga, Denden Lazaro, Lourdes Clemente, Myla Pablo, Rhea Dimaculangan, Gen Casugod and Bia General in attendance.

Also part of the pool are Rachel Anne Daquis, Maika Ortiz, Dindin Manabat, Aiza Maizo-Pontillas, Roselle Baliton, Kat Arado, Ria Meneses, Mika Reyes, Elaine Kasilag, Abigail Marano and Grethcel Soltones.

Meanwhile, some players like Kim Fajardo, Kim Dy and Dawn Macandili of La Salle, Maddie Maddayag and Kat Tolentino of Ateneo, Jaja Santiago of National University and Baliton of University of the East were excused from practice while the UAAP season is still ongoing.

Head coach Francis Vicente and his deputy Nene Ybanez-Chavez are in the process of selecting the Final 12 players to comprise the team set for the two international competitions.

The team will also fly to Japan in May for training camp.
