Richard Solis stars as Vice Co. downs PLDT Home to grab share of PVL lead

VICE Co. beat PLDT Home Fibr, 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 25-20, on Saturday to gain a share of the lead in the Premier Volleyball League men’s division at The Arena in San Juan.

Richard Solis made 18 points for the Blockbusters, who are now tied with defending champion Cignal with a 3-1 win-loss record.

JP Bugaoan had 11 markers for Vice Co., while Berlin Paglinawan and Peter Quiel added nine points each.

Mark Alfafara scored 24 points for PLDT, which slid to 2-3.

Johnvic de Guzman had 17 points and Henry Pecaña added 15 for PLDT.
