Richard Solis made 18 points for the Blockbusters, who are now tied with defending champion Cignal with a 3-1 win-loss record.
JP Bugaoan had 11 markers for Vice Co., while Berlin Paglinawan and Peter Quiel added nine points each.
Mark Alfafara scored 24 points for PLDT, which slid to 2-3.
Johnvic de Guzman had 17 points and Henry Pecaña added 15 for PLDT.
