TACLOBAN outsteadied defending champion Pocari Sweat-Air Force, 25-17, 17-25, 25-20, 16-25, 15-10, to end the preliminary round of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference on a high note.

The Fighting Warays, who bagged their second consecutive win, improved to 4-3 (win-loss) at the end of the thrilling match at The Arena in San Juan on Sunday.

The Lady Warriors slipped to 3-4.
