UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas beat Far Eastern University, 25-13, 10-25, 14-25, 25-14, 15-8, on Monday to take home the University Games women’s volleyball gold in Bacolod City.

The Lady Archers took the bronze with a 25-13, 25-23, 25-10 win over Adamson.
In the men’s division, UAAP champion National University reasserted its supremacy by beating De La Salle, 25-20, 25-20, 23-25, 25-10, for the gold.
San Beda and University of the Philippines won the overall championship in men’s and women’s swimming, tallying 15 and 24 gold medals, respectively.
FEU wound up with the athletics overall title while University of Saint La Salle-Bacolod beat UP, 4-1, in the men’s football final.
