Mean Mendrez had 19 points, 18 coming from kills.

Judith Abil had another all-around effort with 13 points, 29 digs and 21 excellent receptions, while Seth Rodriguez made five blocks and wound up with 12 points.

“Noong first round bumaba yung morale namin,” Mendrez said. “So nag-usap kami na panibago na naman ito, back to zero. Wag na nating isipin ang first round and kumuha kami ng momentum.”
