BOUNCING back seems to be the expertise of Adamson this UAAP Season 88 women's volleyball tournament.
Once again, the Lady Falcons are on the upward trend, stunning University of Santo Tomas in straight sets, 27-25, 25-22, 25-12, Saturday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Shaina Nitura guided the San Marcelino spikers with 22 points built on 19 kills and three blocks, including the match-clinching spike that went through the block.
Her efforts pushed her side to a 3-2 record, a quick turnaround after their four-set defeat to Far Eastern U last Sunday.
It was a dominant third set for Adamson, one which saw it jump to an early 13-3 lead that even blew up to a 13-point lead after back-to-back service aces from Fhei Sagaysay which made it a 20-6 affair.

That was in full contrast to the first two sets which looked very much like the close game many anticipated.
But after the Lady Falcons squeaked by in getting that two-set lead, they just left no room for doubt.
Frances Mordi also provided support with 20 markers on 18 attacks, as Sagaysay earned six points from five service aces on top of 12 excellent sets.
"After we got the first two sets, sinabihan lang namin sila to be more locked in sa game, continue to lock in kasi once na ganoon ang sinasabi ko, mas effective yung team and they just continued to follow the instructions para 'di kami magkaiba-iba," said coach JP Yude on that clinical win that only lasted one hour and 21 minutes.
"Ito yung hinahanap namin na lumabas sa laro nila."
The Golden Tigresses tripped to a 2-3 record, seeing the end of their two-game win run despite Reg Jurado's 18 points from 17 kills and Avril Bron's 10 markers.
