F2 Logistics is unbeaten through four games in the Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix but head coach Ramil de Jesus rued the team’s lack of consistency and confidence against Generika-Ayala on Tuesday.

A straight-set  25-21, 25-17, 25-17 victory by the Cargo Movers could hardly placate the 10-time UAAP champion coach who emphatically pointed out his team’s mistakes.

“Tulad kanina, maraming mga sets is Kim (Fajardo) na hindi napapalo, so siguro 'yun ‘yung mga dapat nasu-solusyunan na hindi dapat nakikita sa game eh,” said de Jesus.

“Kasi posible na kapag nakakuha ng set ang kalaban magbi-build sila ng confidence sa team, so mahirap 'yun kung nakakuha ng set ang opponent mo kasi kumpyansa ‘yun,” he added.

During timeouts, de Jesus reminded his players not get too distracted by their errors, which accumulated to 18 in the match that took an hour and 25 minutes to finish.

“Basta ibalik lang nila ang kumpyansa sa sarili kasi once na nagkakamali ang player medyo bumababa ang self confidence,” he said.

“So sabi ko sa kanila, kapag papasok kayo sa court ang 100 percent nandyan pero the more na mag-error na, nababawasan ‘yun kahit serve hindi mo kaya kasi wala ka nang kumpyansa sa gagawin mo, feeling mo lahat ng gagawin mo mali,” he added.
